Bussi Piero Langhe Nebbiolo DOC


The Nebbiolo grapes were hand harvested and fermented in concrete tanks, before aging six months in French oak barrels of both 500 and 1500 liters.

The smell is filled with intense red fruits like sour cherries and raspberries, and some spices.

The palate has red berries and a juicy fruitiness, with a velvety and balanced structure, and a lasting aftertaste.

The wine pairs well with risottos, pasta dishes, white and red meat and hard white cheeses.

Qimisola Barbera d'Asti Superiore I Fratelli, DOCG


From old vines planted in calcareous clay, which makes acidic wines. Handpicked grapes and fermented in steel tanks, before twenty months of ageing in used French oak barriques. Transferred to steel tanks for further aging one month before bottling.

The smell has fresh cherry and raspberries, and a touch of spices.

The palate has juicy red fruits like cark cherries and figs, showing off a well rounded full bodied wine with fruity acidity and silky balance.

Pairs well with red meats, barbeque, strong cheeses and with some aging, it will go fine with game.

Qimisola Barbera d'Asti Superiore La Mignolina, DOCG


From old vines planted in calcareous clay, which makes acidic wines. Handpicked grapes and fermented in stainless steel tanks, then aged for twenty months in stainless steel tanks. The simplicity of the steel tank aging allows the pure fruit flavors to shine.

The smell is fresh and inviting, with aromas of red cherries, raspberries, and a hint of violet.

The palate shows juicy red berries, complemented by nuances of cranberry and a touch of white pepper. It is smooth and elegant, fresh and expressive.

Ideal for pairing with light dishes or enjoying on its own as an everyday pleasure.



Ca' Barun Langhe Pinot Noir, DOC


The vineyard, which is situated around 330 meter above sea level, was planted in 2015. The soil is sandy calcareous marl, which gives wines with good acidity. The grapes are harvested by hand by the end of august, to maintain freshness.

Fermented in steal tanks, and then aged in old casks of French oak for nine months. After bottling, the wine is stored another six months in bottle before release.

The smell is of red fruits, like strawberry, currants and field strawberries.

The wine shows a structured and elegant taste, with cool fruits, good acidity and a lasting aftertaste.


It pairs well with many meat dishes like pork, duck, chicken, veal and more delicate game, but pairs also perfect with rice or pasta dishes with some fat.

Ca' Barun Barbaresco, DOCG


The grapes are from the Giacosa vineyard in the Treiso area of Barbaresco. Soil is gray marl (clay and limestone) with layers of sand, which gives wines with high acidity levels. The grapes are harvested by hand mid-October and fermented in steel tanks. After fermentation, the wine is stored eighteen months in large oak barrels, before bottling. After being bottled it is kept for a minimum of six months before release. 

The smell is fresh, with strawberries, cherries, hip, tea, and rose petal.

The wine shows a juicy fruitiness, combined with some spices. It is elegant and balanced with a good structure, smooth tannins and a lasting aftertaste.


It pairs well with most meat dishes, especially duck, chicken and pork, and also pasta and risotto with fat, and hard white cheeses like Parmesan, Manchego, Gruyere and Comtè.
